                                   Tender Offer and Cancellation Update 
 
Further to the announcement of 2 June, Stockcube Plc is pleased to announce that it has now received 
confirmation from Companies House of the registration of the Court Order confirming the capital reduction 
of the Company necessary in order to facilitate the tender offer announced on 31 March. 
 
As a result the Company has applied for its ordinary shares of 10 pence each to be cancelled from trading 
on AIM with effect from 10 June 2010.
