On 29 December 2006 Sky High Plc announced a proposed capital reduction exercise
to reduce the share capital and share premium account of the Company in order to
eliminate the historic accumulated deficit on the Company's profit & loss
account ('the Reduction').


The Company now is pleased to announce that, following the receipt of a Court
Order and a Certificate of Registration from Companies House, the Reduction has
become effective.
