Sky High announces that it has been informed that on 29 February 2008 Richard
Jackson,  Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 45,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence
each in the Company at a price of 11 pence per share.  Following this purchase
Richard Jackson holds 2,016,756 (15.82%) shares in the Company. In addition
Richard Jackson holds a further 1,571,756 (12.33%) shares jointly with Michael
Jackson.
