                      Request for Lifting of Trading Halt

On 15 August 2013, the directors of Shefa Mining Corporation requested a
trading halt over the Company's securities until the Company released a
detailed announcement relating to a reverse takeover.

The directors of Shefa Mining Corporation wish to announce that the company
will not to proceed with the restructure and reverse takeover and have
requested the lifting of the trading halt and resumption of trading.
