 Addendum no. 14/2021 extends the period, modifies the price and the quantity from Contr. no. 8/2016, 
  therefore the contract value. Thus, the total value of Contr. 8/2016, for the period August 1, 2016 
  - September 30, 2022 is RON 4,798,774,330.73 VAT included, increased by RON 2,102,633,488.70 VAT 
  included, as compared to the previous reported value. 
  Addendum no. 14/2021 to Contract no 8/2016 was approved by Romgaz Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 
  by Resolution no. 9/October 27, 2021.
