Article 234 paragraph 1, item i) of the FSA Regulation No. 5/2018
on Issuers of Financial Instruments and Market Operations, S.N.G.N.
ROMGAZ S.A reports transactions concluded with affiliates based on
the request for opening a term deposits without auto-renewal
option, with the interest rate negotiated on September 26, 2022, in
the amount of:
RON 200,000,000.00, due on October 25, 2022;
RON 50,000,000.00, due on November 14, 2022;
RON 40,440,000.00 due on November 28, 2022.
The interest percentage rate applied to the above mentioned
deposits is 8.40% per year, 8.65% per year and 8.80% per year.
We mention that, S.N.G.N ROMGAZ S.A has had deposits at CEC BANK
S.A. with a cumulative value over 12 months exceeding the
materiality threshold of 5% of the net asset value, and 10% of the
net turnover related to 2021 financial year. Some of these deposits
matured before September 26, 2022.
