According to the provisions of art.108 from Law no. 24/2017, republished, and art. 234 letter i) from F.S.A. Regulation ASF no. 5/2018, S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. reports the concluding of two new transactions with the affiliated party E.ON Energie România SA.

The cumulated value of the new transactions with the transactions previously concluded with the aforementioned affiliated party, for a period of 12 months, exceeds both 5% of 2021 net assets value according to the latest financial reporting and also 10% of the 2021 net turnover.
