Dealings
Solid State plc (AIM: SOLI), the
specialist value added component supplier and design-in
manufacturer of computing, power, and communications products,
announces that Gary Marsh, Chief Executive Officer, effected a
transfer of shares held by him to his and his spouse's ISAs through
the following dealings. On 22 August 2024, Gary Marsh sold 2,997
ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") from his personal holding at a price of £13.35 per
share. On 27 August 2024, he subsequently purchased 1,498 Ordinary
Shares at a price of £13.44 into his ISA account and his spouse,
Laura Marsh, also purchased 1,499 Ordinary Shares at a price of
£13.44 per share into her ISA account.
