    SPG Media, the web and print publisher and event organiser, announces that it has been informed that on 10 July 2008 Mr Keith Sadler,
Chief Executive, purchased 50,000 5p ordinary shares in the Company at 5.75p per share.

    Mr Sadler now hold 1,874,856 (2.18%) 5p ordinary shares in the Company.
