Sirius Real Estate announces that
awards granted under the Sirius Real Estate Limited Deferred Bonus
Plan (the "DBP"), vested in
full on 10 June 2024. Andrew Coombs, Tariq Khader and Mo Jiwaji
have exercised their awards and will
receive (net of tax) respectively 135,994, 18,847 and 18,847
ordinary shares of no par value in the
Company.
