Admission of Placing Shares and Option Shares and Total Voting Rights

19 April 2016: Sierra Rutile Limited (AIM:SRX) ("Sierra Rutile" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that, further to the successful placing of 70,052,539 new ordinary shares in the Company ("Placing Shares") announced on 14 April 2016 (the "Placing"), and the issue of an additional 3,502,627 ordinary shares pursuant to an option granted to the bookrunners in connection with the Placing (the "Option Shares") announced on 15 April 2016, all Placing Shares and Option Shares have today been admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission").

Following Admission, the Company now has 595,786,674 ordinary shares of no par value in issue with voting rights attached (one vote per share). The Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury.

The above voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
