Smithson Investment Trust plc announces that on 22 July 2024, it purchased for holding in treasury 169,230 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 1,417.8 pence per share.

Following this transaction, the Company has 34,352,305 ordinary shares held in treasury and 142,755,653 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 177,107,958.
