Smithson Investment Trust plc announces that on 31 October 2024, it purchased for holding in treasury 90,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 1,406.52 pence per share.

Following this transaction, the Company has 42,800,081 ordinary shares held in treasury and 134,307,877 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 177,107,958.
