Publication of Shareholder Circular and Notice of General Meeting

Strathdon Investments plc, (AIM: STV) today announces that it has conditionally placed 52,500,000 new ordinary shares ("Placing Shares") of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1p per share thereby raising gross proceeds of GBP525,000 (the "Placing").

The Company has posted a circular to shareholders today which sets out the background to, and the reasons for, the Placing as well as provide notice of the General Meeting to be held at the offices of Wallace LLP at One Portland Place, London W1B 1PN at 9.30 a.m. on 12 January 2011.
