SWP GROUP plc - Placing of Shares
 
The Company announces that, subject to listing,
14,377,484 ordinary shares of 2p each, equal to 
5% of the enlarged share capital, have today
been placed with BJB Nominees (Guernsey) Limited
at a subscription price of 2p per share in order
to raise additional working capital.
 
The shares rank pari passu in all respects with
the existing ordinary shares of SWP. 
 
Application for listing has been made and the
dealings in the newly issued shares are expected
to commence on Thursday 14 January.
