The Company announces that a circular convening the General Meeting was posted 
to shareholders on 13 May 2009 (the "Circular") and is available on the 
Company's investor relations website (ww7.investorrelations.co.uk/tedbaker). 
 
 
The General Meeting is to be held at 11.15 a.m. at The Ugly Brown Building, 6a 
St Pancras Way, London NW1 OTB on 16 June 2009 at 11:15 a.m. or, if later, 
immediately following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the 
Company convened for 11:00 a.m. on the same day. 
 
 
Copies of the Circular have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority, and will 
shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document
