Directors' Shareholding 
The following amendment has been made to the Director/PDMR Shareholding 
announcement released on 27 July 2010 at 12.18 under RNS No 9938P. 
The Company was notified on 2 August 2010 that the correct price of the shares 
acquired by Ron Stewart, Non-Executive Director, on 26 July 2010 was 538.7 pence 
per share, not 534.0 pence. All other details remain unchanged. The full amended 
text is shown below. 
Directors' Shareholding 
The Company was notified on 26 July 2010 that Ron Stewart, Non-Executive 
Director, had on the same date acquired 300 ordinary shares in the Company at a 
price of 538.7 pence. Ron Stewart now holds 300 ordinary shares representing 
0.001 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital with voting 
rights.
