RESULT OF AGM AND DELISTING FROM AIM AND TISE
Terra Catalyst Fund (AIM: TCF) announces that all of the
resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting held today were
duly passed, including the resolution to cancel the listing of TCF
on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM") and The
International Stock Exchange ("TISE"). The number and percentage of
votes for and against each of the resolutions put before the AGM
were as follows:
