Cancellation of Ordinary Shares

The Cayenne Trust plc ("Company") announces that on 14 October 2015 the Board approved the cancellation of all of the 3,371,336 Ordinary shares the Company was holding in treasury, which represented approximately 12.36% of the Ordinary capital in issue prior to the cancellation (excluding treasury shares).

As a result of the cancellation no Ordinary shares are now held in treasury and the Total Voting Rights attaching to the capital in issue is the same as the issued Ordinary share capital, vis:
