Rollover Elections

The board of The Cayenne Trust plc (the "Company") announces that it has received the following elections in connection with the reconstruction and wind-up:

   --     MPT Income Shares:  2,478,999 Shares 
   --     MPT Growth Share:  1,751,028 Shares 
   --     Cash (including Overseas Shareholders):  15,153,737 Shares

Those shareholders that have made no election will be deemed to have elected to receive MPT Income Shares in respect of 50 per cent. of their holding of Shares and MPT Growth Shares in respect of the remaining 50 per cent. of their holding of Shares.

Therefore, the Shares will be reclassified as follows:

-- Ordinary Shares with "A" rights, being the right to receive MPT Income Shares: 4,432,083 Shares

-- Ordinary Shares with "B" rights, being the right to receive MPT Growth Shares: 3,704,724 Shares

   --     Ordinary Shares with "C" rights, being the right to receive cash:  15,153,737 Shares

The amendment to the listing of Reclassified Shares and dealing in the Reclassified Shares is expected to now commence at 08:00 on Friday 27 November 2015 and the listing and dealing in Reclassified Shares is expected to be suspended at 7:30 am on Monday 30 November 2015. The expected timetable is set out below.
