3DM Worldwide Plc (the "Company" or "3DM")
                                        
RESPONSE TO PRESS SPECULATION

In response to recent press speculation 3DM (AIM: TDM) announces that it does
not expect to receive an order from General Motors in the near future.

However, the Board is able to confirm that the Company's licensee and agent,
GTI, is in advanced negotiations with an organisation representing a number of
U.S. motor manufacturers, which may result in the use of 3DM's PIM technology.
Should GTI be awarded such a contract, 3DM would be entitled to receive royalty
income. Initially these royalties are unlikely to be substantial, however should
further orders materialise, the contract may lead to significant future
revenues.
