Notification of Dividend

In our Announcement dated 7 July 2005, we have stated that the company is to
make interim dividend for the six month period to 30 April 2005 of 0.5p per 
share. The dividend will be payable on 26 August 2005 to all shareholders on the
register as at 12 August 2005. The ex dividend date is 10 August 2005.
