                             Director Shareholding



Terrace Hill announces that they received notification today that Mr Philip
Alexander Leech, Managing Director, today purchased 20,000 ordinary shares in
the Group at a price of 42.25p per share. The interest of Mr Leech has increased
from 1,484,447 ordinary shares (0.79%) to 1,504,447 ordinary shares (0.80%).



The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 2p each in the
Group.
