The Company announces that it has received notification today from Terrace Hill
Group PLC, pursuant to Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985, that its wholly
owned subsidiary company Britannic Global Income Trust plc, has sold 150,000
shares in the Ordinary 25p shares of the Company on 2 November 2006, leaving a
balance held by Britannic Global Income Trust plc of 600,000 Ordinary 25p shares
of the Company, representing 2.78% of the Company's relevant issued share
capital.
