                     Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

In order to comply with the Transparency Directive's Chapter 5, the Company
notifies the market of the following:

Following completion of the placing of new ordinary shares on 1 June 2007 (as
announced on 25 May 2007) and as at the date of this announcement, the total
number of ordinary shares of 2p each of Terrace Hill in issue is 211,971,299.

There are no shares held in treasury and so the total number of voting rights in
the Company is therefore 211,971,299.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial
Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
