                            Directors' shareholdings

The Board of Terrace Hill announces that it was informed today of the following
purchase of ordinary shares in the Company:

Kelvin Hudson, Non-Executive Director of Terrace Hill, purchased 100,000
ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 31 October
2007 at a price of 72 pence per share. Following this acquisition of shares,
Kelvin Hudson is now interested in 100,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.05% of
the current issued share capital of the Company.
