Pursuant to the rules of the Thorntons Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) Awards
(which allow participants to receive shares with payment of only #1 in total,
after 3 years, with the number of shares depending on the performance of the
Company) were granted to the following directors of the Company on 7 November
