In accordance with paragraph 16.4(a) Christopher Burnett is a director of
Marshalls plc.


There is no information of the kind described in paragraph 6.F.2 (b) to (g) of
the Listing Rules relating to Christopher Burnett required to be disclosed
pursuant to paragraph 16.4.(b)
