Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and UK Listing Authority
for the admission to the Official List of 600,000 Ordinary 2 pence shares by way
of a Blocklisting.

The shares are expected to be issued in connection with the exercise of options
from the Global Share Option and Incentive Plan and will rank pari passu with
the existing class of Ordinary 2 pence shares.
