               Preliminary results for the year ended 30 September 2007


On Wednesday 5 December, The Local Radio Company ("the Company") will be hosting
an investor and analyst seminar to discuss the Company's preliminary results for
the year ended 30 September 2007.  The seminar will be hosted by Richard
Wheatly, Executive Chairman and Alistair Mackenzie, Finance Director.



The seminar will be held at the offices of Landsbanki Securities, Beaufort
House, 15 St Botolph Street, EC3A 7QR at 9:30 am.
