Exercise of Warrants
Technology Minerals Plc (LSE: TM1), the first listed UK company
focused on creating a sustainable circular economy for battery
metals, announces that further to its announcement on 8 January
2024, that it had offered warrantholders holding warrants
exercisable at 3.375p and 2.25p a limited time offer to exercise
such warrants at a price of 1.2p, the Company has allotted a total
of 11,062,783 Ordinary shares of GBP0.001 each ("New Shares") at a
price of GBP0.012p each, resulting in the receipt of aggregate
proceeds of GBP133k.
Admission and Total Voting Rights
Application will be made for the 11,062,783 New Shares, which
will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary
shares of the Company, to be admitted to the Standard List segment
of Official List and to trading on the main market of the London
Stock Exchange plc, which is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on or
around 26 January 2024 ("Admission"). Upon Admission, the total
number of issued shares and the total number of voting rights in
the Company will be 1,524,772,678.
The above figure of 1,524,772,678 should be used by shareholders
in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which
they will determine if they are required to notify their interest
in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the
Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance
and Transparency Rules.
