Toledo Mining Corporation plc ("Toledo" or the "Company") (AIM:TMC) was informed 
 on 15 February 2013 that Mr. Jason Cropper has sold his entire holding of 
10,338,094 Toledo Shares, representing 20.7 per cent of Toledo's issued share 
capital at a price of 50 pence per share and accordingly no longer has any 
interest in the share capital of the Company.
