investment vehicles in which the Company invests has appointed Lehman
Brothers Holdings Inc. or any of its affiliates ("Lehman") as a prime
broker and custodian.

Furthermore, as at 15 September 2008 the Company's total exposure to
Lehman through swap, executing brokerage or any other trading
relationship amounted to less than 2 basis points of the Company's
Net Asset Value.
