The following amendments have been made to the Director/PDMR
Shareholding announcement released on 17 December 2013 at 18.22
under RNS No 8058V.
An incorrect amount of shares was allocated to each director
and, therefore, their respective revised holding and % Holding
(excluding Treasury shares) was calculated on the incorrect number
of shares.
All other details remain unchanged.

On 17(th) December 2013, Total Produce plc was advised by the
Trustees of the Company's Employee Profit Sharing Scheme that they
had purchased Total Produce plc EUR0.01 Ordinary Shares, at a price
of EUR0.8465 per share, under the Scheme, on behalf of the
directors and company secretary as set out below.
