Holding in the Company

The Company received notification on 16th March 2005 that following purchases 
totalling 1,650,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 15th March 
2005, Morley Fund Management Limited, a subsidiary of Aviva plc, has an interest
in 22,955,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company, representing a
pproximately 11.1% of the Company's current issued share capital. The registered
