The Company was notified on 13 September 2004, that on that date, 696,060
ordinary  shares of 5p each in the Company were transferred to Peter Houston, a
director  of the Company, for nil consideration.

Following the transfer, Peter Houston now holds 1,098,856 ordinary shares 
representing 0.5 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
