Attorney Carl N. Duncan has been engaged as outside Traxxec Inc.
general counsel. In addition to representing Traxxec Inc. in its
corporate and securities activities, Mr. Duncan will also work
closely over the next 60 days with the company's auditors Hilson
Financial Services Inc., Boyton Beach Florida to ensure a
successful move to reporting status and listing on a higher stock
board. Mr. Duncan brings to Traxxec Inc (OTC:TRXX.PK) over 30 years
legal experience, including serving as Attorney-Advisor in the
Division of Corporate Finance and Senior Attorney in the Office of
Tender Offers, Acquisitions and Small Issues, both in the U.S.
