                                 Share Buyback


The Board of Tescom Software Testing Systems Limited ("Tescom" or "the
Company"), the international quality assurance and software testing service
provider, today announces that it has approved a share buyback of ordinary
shares of NIS 0.01 par value.


The buyback will be conducted between now and 31st of December 2005 in the open
market. The total amount approved for the purchase of the shares is NIS
2,500,000 (US$ 556,000).


The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares by the Company as defined
in Israeli law.
