Share buyback


Following the announcement on 18 July 2005 that the Board of Tescom had approved
a share buyback of Ordinary Shares in the Company, the Company announces today
that it made on market purchases of 31,000 Ordinary Shares at NIS8.337 per share
on 19 July 2005 (to be held as treasury shares as defined in Israeli law).

The Company now holds 231,000 Ordinary Shares in treasury and the total number
of Ordinary Shares in issue less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in
treasury following the purchase and non-cancellation of such Ordinary Shares is

15,919,099 Ordinary Shares.
