                          ("Tescom" or "the Company")

  Shirley Cohen appointed as Managing Director of Tescom's Israeli operations

The Board of Tescom announces that it has appointed Mrs Shirley Cohen (nee
Tikolsker, aged 36) as the new head of their Israeli operations with immediate
effect. She replaces Amir Hayek who left the Company yesterday to pursue other
business interests.

Mrs Cohen joined Tescom in 1998 as a project manager and immediately prior to
her appointment as Managing Director was the COO of the Company's Israeli
operations reporting to Amir Hayek. She also held primary responsibility for
some of Tescom's significant clients in Israel such as Cellcom and Bank Leumi.

Prior to joining Tescom, Shirley worked for Teum, a services companies
specialising in financial and economic advice. Mrs Cohen also worked at Tefen,
a company which provides guidance in industrial engineering and management.

Ofer Albeck, Chief Executive Officer of Tescom, said: "We are delighted that
Shirley has agreed to become Managing Director of our Israeli operations. She
was a natural choice to succeed Amir, because of her deep familiarity with the
business and her hands-on experience of working with our clients that enabled
her to build a comprehensive understanding of their needs. She will continue to
be an invaluable asset to us."

Other than as detailed above there is no further information to be disclosed
pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules.
