Total Systems plc (the "Company")


Grant of share options

The Company announces that on 30 April 2008 share options over a total of
490,000 ordinary shares of 5p each, representing 4.66% of the current issued
share capital of that class, were granted under the Company Share Options Scheme
("CSOP"). Of the newly awarded share options 240,000, representing 2.28% of the
current issued share capital, were granted to the following persons discharging
managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"):
