Completion of the sale of TwentyCi Limited, The Moving Service
Limited and TwentyCi Holdings Limited and Cancellation of Admission
of Shares from trading on AIM
The Board of Twenty Plc announces that the sale of TwentyCi
Limited, The Moving Service Limited and TwentyCi Holdings Limited
to RB138 Limited (as described in the circular to Shareholders
dated 27(th) October 2011 ("Circular")) has completed.
The cancellation of admission of the Company's ordinary shares
of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") from trading on AIM will
occur in accordance with the Circular, and the last day of trading
in the Ordinary Shares on AIM will be Friday 25(th) November
2011.
