At a meeting of the board of directors on 28th September, 10,000 options were
granted by Ultimate Finance Group PLC ("UFG") under the Company Share Option
Plan to Shane Horsell (Finance Director) at an exercise price of 23p. The
options can be exercised from the third anniversary of the date of grant.
