                    Final Dividend - Amendment to Record Date 
 
Further to the announcement made in the Preliminary Results in connection with 
the final dividend for the year ended 30 June 2010 of 0.30p per Ordinary Share, 
Ultimate announces that the record date will be 22 October 2010, rather than 26 
November 2010 as previously announced. The payment date will remain unchanged, 
at 23 December 2010 as previously announced.
