The Board of UIL Limited (the
"Company") announces that on 22 July 2024 the Company purchased for
cancellation 13,502 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of
102.50p per share. The lowest/highest price paid per share was
102.50p/102.50p respectively.
Therefore, the total number of
ordinary shares with voting rights in issue in the Company is now
83,755,585.
The above figure (83,755,585) may be
used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under
