Directors' Interest in Shares

VEGA Group PLC (the Company) announces the following changes in directors'
interests in shares.

On 10 September 2007 the Company issued 95,394 ordinary shares to Phil Cartmell
under the terms of its 2004 Long Term Incentive Plan.  Following this award Mr
Cartmell holds 111,694 shares in the Company.  In addition he holds the
following awards under the Company's two share schemes:
