Exercise of Share Options 
20 April 2009 
Veris plc ("Veris" or the "Company") has issued 169,290 ordinary shares pursuant 
to the exercise of share options to employees. 
Tony Garry and Brian Beausang, both directors of the Company, were issued 25,000 
ordinary shares each. Following the issue of these shares Mr. Garry and Mr 
Beausang have notified the Company that they now hold 116,500 and 25,000 
ordinary shares respectively representing approximately 0.45% and 0.10% of the 
enlarged issued share capital of the Company. 
Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange and to the Irish Stock 
Exchange for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market 
of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM") and on the Irish Enterprise Exchange of the 
Irish Stock Exchange ("IEX"). These shares are expected to be admitted to 
trading on 24 April 2009.
