Veris received notification dated 20 April 2009 from Insinger de Beaufort Asset 
Management NV of a decrease in its notifiable interest in the Company. The 
notification states that Insinger de Beaufort Asset Management NV sold 200,000 
ordinary shares on 15 April 2009, decreasing its holding below the 3% threshold 
and is now the beneficial holder of 643,506 ordinary shares in the Company, 
representing approximately 2.50% of the 25,650,422 shares in issue.
