Volex plc (AIM: VLX) announces that
Nat Rothschild, Executive Chairman, has entered into an agreement
to be appointed to the Board of Directors of Tennor Holding B.V., a
global investment holding company as Chairman. His
appointment is expected to be finalised in the coming
months.

Rothschild, Executive Chairman of Volex, said:

on 26 June, I am incredibly excited at the outlook for our business
