VinaLand Limited (the "Company" or "VNL")
Investment Manager Share Purchase
The Company announces that it was informed on 7 May 2019 that,
on 3 May 2019, Asia Investment & Finance Limited, a subsidiary
of VinaCapital Group (the Investment Manager) has purchased a total
of 1,112,520 shares. The Investment Manager now has an interest of
73,870,120 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 50.38% of
the Company's total voting rights.
